WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
Most importantly, you should already have gone over the Disclaimer and signed it, along with the Initial Interview intake paperwork. In addition to those documents you should have also completed the NAQ (Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire) and the 4-day Food and Mood Journal. A pen and note pad for taking notes for the duration of our time meeting together may be beneficial. If you have any specific questions or inquiries that come up and would like to go over, I would encourage you to write them down on your note pad as topics to discuss during our consultations together.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY 30-DAY WELLNESS PROGRAM?
We are a virtual wellness program so the ability to have a running computer, and reliable internet access for minimum 30 days will be required. You will need to be able to fill out the 4 key documents that are necessary for the completion of the program, and be able to make a minimum of 3 client calls together. This is a program that is designed for those looking for a unique bio-individualized therapeutic nutrient and lifestyle plan designed specifically for you and your health goals!
